Step 1: Book a free 20-min consultation
This is pretty informal — think of it less like an interview and more like a first coffee. You'll share a little about what's bringing you in, ask me whatever's on your mind, and we'll get a sense of whether somatic therapy with me feels like a fit. Here's a great resource to help you prepare for our call if you're wanting something to orient you before we meet — though you're completely welcome to show up as you are.
Step 2: If we click, we'll set up your first session
And if we don't? No hard feelings — I'll do my best to point you toward someone who might be a better match. Finding the right therapist is the whole point.
Step 3: Begin the actual work
We'll start with weekly sessions to build rapport, get clear on your goals, and make a plan. Then we actually get into it — the body-based, real-talk, people-pleasing stuff. We’ll take it at your pace, even as I gently challenge you to grow.
