Baltimore Therapy FAQ — Your Questions About Counseling, Scheduling, & What to Expect

Our first conversation will be a 20-minute complimentary intro call, where you can share more about what's bringing you in and ask any questions you have. This call helps us determine if we're a good fit to work together.

I specialize in somatic therapy, helping clients listen to their bodies and build authentic connections. My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in social justice principles. Think of therapy with me like a road trip: you're in the driver's seat, and I'm in the passenger seat with the map, snacks, and anything else we might need. We're working with your goals and experiences as our starting point.

My practice is located in Baltimore, Maryland, on the ancestral and unceded territory of the Piscataway People. I am licensed in Maryland, so even if you are in wayyyy southern, western, or eastern Maryland- we can work together! I offer virtual sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you are proximate to Baltimore and would prefer to come in person for sessions, I also offer in person sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. My office is located in Roland Park, just across from the Stony Run Trail.
